On September 4th, The New York State Attorneys Generals Office has approved our application to be a recognized public charity in this State. We are extremely pleased that our application has been granted and we thank the Attorney General for his actions.

This Foundation subscribes to and accepts the guidelines that have been set up by the Office of the Attorney General to protect the rights of our supporters and to guide us along in our quest to be a responsible charity. 

In keeping with the regulations of New York State and in an effort to protect our supporters, we have applied to be acknowledged in the State of New York as a recognized charity. As of this date, all necessary paper work and supporting documents with the required fees have been submitted to the Office of the Attorney General. We do not foresee any problems with our application. 

The New York State Department of Taxation and Finance has followed suite with the Federal IRS in granting our application for tax exempt status. This is a most welcomed addition to our Foundation. 

We are pleased to announce that on March 12th, 2009 the IRS has granted our petition for our 501 (c ) (3) status. backdating it to the day we incorporated ( November 12, 2008). It has been a long process and we thank the IRS for granting our petition. The IRS has determined that we are a PUBLIC CHARITY. We are now in a position to help our communities and the people of this great land. We thank one and all for their prayers and good wishes. 

As per the IRS requirements, we must inform you that, "The foundation has the ultimate authority to use contributions at our discretion for purposes consistent with our exempt status."
